We offer a 3 year warranty with our projects, when you sign up for service.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

• All Paver Decking – Settling, broken pavers
• All Pool Equipment – Bumper to bumper warranty
• Tile & Coping – Any fallen or broken
• All Plumbing – Underground and at equipment pad
• All Electrical – Underground and at equipment pad
• Pool & Deck Drains – Proper drainage will occur
• Pebble Tec / Pebble Sheen: 10 year coverage
• Gunite: Lifetime structural warranty
• Our in-floor cleaning system & parts

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED? 

• Concrete Decking Cracking / Settlement
  Cannot control due to soil conditions in Houston and surrounding areas.
  Outdoor Living Pool & Patio recommends sand-based pavers in all situations.
• Filter Cleans to clean out normal dust and dirt from filter tank.
  Internal parts are wearable and will not be covered under any warranties.
  Outdoor Living Pool & Patio recommends cleaning filter once a quarter.
• White scale on tile line due to water hardness / salt
• Touch up on patio paint due to sun weathering / fading paint
• Small settlement cracks
• Wearable items: Polaris 280 wheels, bearings, bags (most Polaris parts)
